Review

Hair & Care Fruit oils come in regular plastic packaging but in two different colors based on the ingredients. It has a flip cap at the top to dispense out the oil but I wouldn’t say it is travel friendly because who knows when the lid pulls open.

This hair oil has thin and non-sticky consistency which makes it feel light weight on the scalp and also a good choice to be used in place of serum after the hair wash. It has mild fruity scent to it which I personally don’t mind , but ya, this makes it unfit to be worn outside of your home. It spreads easily and gets absorbed in the roots quickly, thereby nourishing the follicles as well as hair strands.

As mentioned above, this hair oil comes in two different variants, the first one being orange one, constituting of  orange, anaar and strawberry fruit extracts. Oranges serve as a natural conditioner. Every part of the fruit has several benefits including the pulp, juice and even the peel. Anaar helps in getting rid of dull hair. It contains essential fatty acids and punicic acid that gives shine to your hair. Strawberries moisturizes, adds shine and smoothens the hair. You can pick this one up if you have frizzy or brittle hair.

The green variant comprises of olive, mosambi and green apple extracts. Olives helps in sealing the moisture and protecting the keratin in the hair due to its high content of Vitamin A, E and antioxidants. Mosambi helps in the treatment of split ends and dandruff. Green apple however helps in promoting hair growth. The above benefits suggests it would be best for people suffering with issues like hair fall, balding etc.

I personally like mixing both the variants as it takes care of all my hair needs. How I use it is , I massage it well into the roots and keep it on for atleast an hour before washing it off. I also like to mix it slightly with some water and applying it on the ends of my hair. I am thoroughly enjoying these oils and would continue using them to see if they bring any major positive result on my hair however I completely believe that oiling reduces damage to your hair caused by day-to-day wear and tear and would suggest you to include this step in your regime positively. Using fruit oil in your hair care routine could help you grow longer, healthier hair.
