The Nature’s Co. Orange Bath Salt : Review

May 24, 2017

The Nature’s Co. has been a much loved brand for its skin and body care products and lately I got my hands on this amazing product that I am gonna be talking about today which is their Orange Bath Salt. I have been experimenting a lot these days with my bathing products and so far it has been a nice experience. If you remember I posted a review about my current favourite ‘CIR Body Scrub’ a few days back and I thought why not give bathing salts a go too.. So practically Nature’s Co. Orange bath salt is the first ever Bath salt that I have used and OMG, I love it so much… Honestly I did not know I would get obsessed with body scrubs and salts this easily but I must admit, they are working their charm on me smile

Review

Before telling you what I feel about this product I would like to throw some light on what Bath salts are and how can it be used. So bath salts are water-soluble minerals which are added to water while bathing Some salts which includes ingredients like phosphate also act as water softeners and can be used as an exfoliator too. When the water is softened, it lathers better with the soap.

Moving on to the packaging, it comes in a convenient plastic tub with a vibrant orange screw cap that shuts tightly. Since this size is bigger, it is not appropriate to carry along but you can always transfer a little amount into a smaller container when you are heading out. The best part is it isn’t fragile so no need to bother about this spreading in the bag. It can get contaminated easily because of the wide opening so it is better that you use a spoon to scoop out the amount you would need..

I love putting 2 spoons of this in the water whenever I need an aromatic bath. It looks more like raw salt with uneven particles and since this has bigger granules so it takes some time to completely dissolve in the water but it works beautifully well as an exfoliator and trust me I have been doing that and I can make a difference in my skin already. It looks more youthful and radiant everytime I use it but obviously the effects are not long lasting.. thanks to the pollution in Delhi. You only need a palm size amount to cover both hands or legs. One thing I noticed while using it was that it stings on the wounds and cuts so if you have any on your body, avoid that area. The orange citrusy scent of this one however is very exotic and refreshes your mind and senses completely. It relaxes and soothes your body with its lingering smell that stays on for quite a while.

Well, the crux is , I can’t find any bad thing about this one and I love using it personally. Although it is slightly on the pricier side but trust me it is totally worth it. Try it out smile
