Nutritious Healthy Diet

Any dermatologists or skin specialists will advise that you should stay away from fast food and fat-rich snacks to start the healthy diet. Unhealthy food can lead to digestive problems which can result in skin issues. Therefore, diet plays an important role in keeping skin healthy. It is recommended getting enough micro-nutrients and essential vitamins in your daily diet. Food should include nuts, fish, white meat, brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa, tomato, broccoli and beets. Stay away from processed food as much possible. Try to provide your body as well as your skin enough omega 3 fatty acids because these acids are beneficial as it helps reduce the risk of inflammation. You can increase omega 3 fatty acids in your diet through salmon, walnuts, and soybeans. Moreover, eating a plenty of vegetables and fruits will give you the spotless flawless skin. A healthy diet should be considered as the first beauty tip for glowing skin.

Water

Dehydration will result in dull dark and dry skin. Drinking enough water will keep your skin hydrated and purify the impurities. Water and juices are natural solutions that help to fasten the skin recovery process. People who have the habit of drinking 8 glasses of water per day have more beautiful skin and the lower risk of skin problems than others who drink less water daily. The possible reason may be that water is effective in eliminating the waste and toxins. It not only keeps your body hydrated but also gets rid of the dirt and excess oils, which trigger skin problems like acnes and pimples. Although you do not feel thirsty, you should drink water. You can see a noticeable result in less than one week after drinking 8 glasses of water daily. Moreover, water will help to lower the risk of developing wrinkles or dryness. It also improves your immune system. The importance of water and juice for healthy skin has been proven by many studies and researches.

Avoid The Sun

It is undeniable that the sun can provide you the great source of vitamin D. It is the great idea to bath in the morning sun from 7 am to 9 am. However, it is important to avoid the excess sun exposure after this time.In order to protect your skin from the harsh UV rays, you should use a good sunscreen. Drinking water will help your body hydrated inside. But hydrating your body and your skin outside is also important. It is recommended cleansing your face twice daily with warm water and mild cleanser. You should choose the cleanser carefully by reading the ingredients listed on the label. The cleanser needs to be suitable for your skin types and harmful ingredients should be avoided. Do not wash your face more than twice daily because it can make your skin dry. Cleansing your face too much may remove the natural oils produced by the skin. Your skin will need the natural oils to be beautiful and flawless. After washing your face with lukewarm water, you should use cold water to close your pores in order to prevent dirt and foreign material from getting into them. When you wash your face, do not scrub harshly because it can result in skin irritation. It is best to apply homemade facial mask three or four times weekly.

Indoor aerobic exercises are recommended because it can increase blood circulation to the skin and avoid free radicals and oxidative stress as well as get rid of waste products from your body. Exercise will help to cleanse your skin from inside. Most of us have sedentary life; therefore, we do not have time to work out at the gym. However, despite the busy life, we can do everything from dancing, skipping, cycling, and walking to running in order to make our body sweat. Stress is one of the major factors of acne and dull skin. Truly, all the products and makeup we use cannot gift us something that we don’t already have, true beauty and glow comes from within! Even my grandma and mom always talk about this only, drink water, do exercise, eat right..in fact they don’t even use anything other than a basic moisturizer and body lotion and still are so so sooooo beautiful and glowing smile
