April 13, 2015

Keep-wrinkles-acne-at-bay-1

We do all sort of things to keep our skin healthy and fresh.. Ever wondered there are few things we could do to keep it young and problem free ? Today I am going to share the coolest trick to keep wrinkles, fat and acne at bay and when I say ‘Coolest’ I mean it  *yes*

Tip

So the tip is simple. All you need to do is massage an ice cube on your face until it melts ( I told you its the coolest tip *blum* ) . If you can not apply it directly , wrap the cubes in a clean cotton cloth and rub it all over your face .Do it every night before going to bed . Using Ice on the face will not only prevent production of excess oil but also helps in relieving the swelling and redness of the pimple thus curing it faster and increasing the blood circulation smile

Do you have any tips that you think I should try? If yes, I would love to know laugh

Cheers  *kiss*

Really? Ice? I don’t see how that would actually have an effect on acne and wrinkles, to be honest. I can see how it would be cooling and soothing though.

      Hey mel,
Applying ice to acne reduces the swelling and the soreness thus helping it to shrinks at a faster rate then it would normally. I do it regularly these days and have seen that the acne I develop settles down quickly & not just this, it also helps reducing the pain. The method ofcourse wont help clearing the acne completely but it could be followed to keep it under control. Ice is believed to improve circulation in the skin as when the skin gets colder the body responds immediately sending an increased flow of warm blood to the area which helps preventing wrinkles smile
