NOTD : Go Green

August 15, 2014

Hi munchkins,

I am back with another NOTD post for you all today. Again the nail arts ( If it looks like an art by any chance :p ) I do are very basic and simple so check out the pictures below and see how it turned out laugh

I used my Revlon green nail paint as the base here and made random strokes all over it using my bronze nail paint from Maybelline Color Show range.

  • Base – Revlon nail paint in Sassy ( Check it out in newU haul post )
  • Strokes – Maybelline Color Show in Dust of Bronze

I am not very happy with this revlon nail paint because when I removed it, it left my nails yellow. I am assuming the reason to be the color because I have used few different shades from revlon and they din’t do this to my nails. I would be using a base coat underneath this nail paint the next time I apply it smile

What do you think ?? Don’t forget to share your thoughts in the comments section below  laugh

Ooh, I’m always really worried when nail varnishes turn my nails yellow! Having said that, I’m wearing nail varnish 24/7 so it’s not as though it could be seen by anyone 😉 I really like the ‘strokes’ you’ve created – it’s a brilliant interpretation of the tropical theme, including palm tree leaves. Great job (and so refreshing)! smile
